Fifty nine percent (59%) of the sophomores in my classes are not baptized and do not go to Church. So, In my scripture lesson I make it a requirement that they avail themselves of opportunities to "hear", not just read the word of God. Well, If they do not go to Church, where shall they hear?
So, on my blog, instead of just posting the audio of my homilies, I will also read the Gospel.
Just know that the Domain where this blog exists is not too friendly to audio files. You may come back to the post a year later and click on a post. It will be an audio file, but it will not be a the audio file it says it is. It will be some other audio file that has little relationship to the post. I have complained to Weebly many times, but they cannot recognize the problem, and they cannot fix it. Weebly is, I believe, located in San Francisco. So there may be an anti-catholic bias that may be at the root of the problem.
